Shipping Criteria for Star Seller showing no items shipped.

Hi, not sure if this is a technical glitch, but I've had a few orders all shipped with Etsy labels (tracking and insured) and none are showing up in my Star Seller Stats progress for April. I've tried reaching out to chat, but no one has responded to my inquiry. I've tried logging in, shutting down and restarting my desktop and nothing seems to work.

@OceansCove: Are you basing this on the applicable CSV file available on your Star Seller page?

How long ago did you ship? Has the label been scanned?

And sometimes an order is not counted until after the scheduled ship by date regardless of when you actually shipped.

I have my ship by dates scheduled as 1-3 days. I did have it set to a longer period during early Feb. while I was away, however, we are well passed that time frame now. I suspect it might have something to do with this. Thank you!

How long ago did you mail them?

This is for the review period Jan-March. All of my items have been shipped, scanned with USPS receipt, and delivered. As I mentioned, I use etsy's shipping labels with tracking. I ship via USPS Priority.
