I am still not able to import my shop orders into ShipStation. It's a 404 error and I know I'm not the only person experiencing this issue. This has been going on since yesterday, August 16th. Please provide an update or get the problem corrected as it seems to be on Etsy's side.

Having a problem importing from Etsy to Shipstation today also. The error was 403 however. Has anyone found a fix to this problem yet?

It may not have been an Etsy issue. From Shipstation if you navigate the settings(cog in the top right corner)>selling channel>store setup>Action>...>Edit Marketplace Connection, then reenter your Etsy Username and select the available shop and connect, Shipstation starts working again. Sorry, that was a lot of steps in that last sentence.

Did not work for me. I followed the instructions. But when I click on the "Edit Marketplace Connection" I get "request failed with status code 404".
I believe that it is an Etsy error. We have an in house application that uses the Etsy API (just like all of the third party integrations, and probably the Etsy apps) and have been getting 403 errors ever since the various issues were first reported. I wonder if this has anything to do with the planned upgrade of their API from version 2 to version 3.

Someone just posted that they could not print shipping labes on stamps com either today. This likely has affected ship station as well
I would use Pirate ship to get your labels printed. I am glad a Left stamp com last month. I was getting bad bar codes that would not scan for acceptance when the post office tried to scan them.
So if it was an etsy error, I had no issues printing my shipping labels from Pirateship today.
You can also enter the information manually into Shipstation. Then you have to come back to Etsy to enter the tracking information to complete the order.
Orders for Ebay are also not updating in Shipstation. Not just an Etsy problem.
I am having issues as well.
I was on Shipstation chat. Their solution did not work for me. It is both Etsy and Ebay that are not updating orders. Shipstation is trying to blame Etsy. But they both should be working together to fix this.
For now I am entering the shipping information manually. If Etsy supported UPS shipping, I would not be using Shipstation.
Has anyone actually been able to get it to work? I see that etsy says it is fixed but I am still unable to connect, I have tried everything and we are very behind on getting orders processed because of this, going in and manually inputting for over 100 orders is not realistic and using USPS through etsy will be hundreds of dollars more than using UPS, does anyone have any other suggestions?
I friend of mine reported ShipStation started working for her yesterday. Keep checking.
And PirateShip integration is working, and offers discounted UPS rates. Since PirateShip is free, it's worthwhile having them as a back-up.
Mine just started working about 5 min ago. I did the reconnect through Shipstation and got the error several times, then just now it gave me the option to enter my Etsy username and re-connect. FINALLY!!!
