Ship by date and tracking/label date shown as missing
My "on-time shipping and tracking score has been lowered because Etsy says I didn't have a "ship by" date on an order.
ALL my shipping profiles have processing times associated with them. I thought that was how Etsy automatically provides the "ship by" date.
I don't understand what I can do to fix this and how to keep it from happening again.
Also, on an order that went out today, a customer had made 2 separate orders but wanted them shipped together, which I did.
After some hunting, I thought I figured out how to "complete" the second order using the tracking number for the first one. That order was showing "tracking label/date" as missing, which also affects my score. I cut and pasted the tracking number again in a different place so I'm hoping it will recalculate.
Both orders (in fact most of my orders) were shipped the same day as the order was placed.
It's frustrating to be penalized and not know what I did wrong (if anything) or, more importantly, how to keep it from happening again.

etsy still has a bug where orders with processing times, are missing those processing times when calculating SS stats.

@ReClassifiedTreasure: Concerning the two orders in one shipment: it is not uncommon for one order to show shipment status correctly and the other order taking a few days to be updated. Usually a day or two after the package has been scanned it will all sort itself out and Star Sell stats will auto update.
