Ship By Dates Don't Match My Shipping Profile

Over a month ago I contacted Etsy that their "Ship By" Dates were not matching up with my shipping profiles.  I had listings set to 2-3 day production times that they were listing needing to ship 4-6 business days after ordering.  They said there was an issue and for a little bit it went away.  Now every weekend it consistently adds a day. I have shipping times set to M-F (and that wouldn't explain this anyway). Anyone else having issues with this or know a work around that isn't shifting my profiles every weekend and hoping it doesn't self correct in the meantime?  If I ask in chat it's obviously copy and paste reactions with no follow up to "reporting" the issues.

@ThePaintedHedge  - Since Etsy stopped showing processing times on a listing's details page it is more difficult to help out shops with issues.
At times the class of USPS service possibly affects the EDD's more that the processing times.

That I know of Etsy offers 1 day, 1-2, 1-3, 3-5, 5-7 & custom range processing times. How that data translates to an order can be affected by time zones, the location of the buyer. That you say you consistently see a 4-6 day processing time (& you don't have a custom processing time) does make it seem as if there is a glitch on Etsy's end. 

The best you can do is open a help ticket with Etsy and then you'll need to be patient.

It is an Etsy glitch, and not something that is from my end.  I reached out over a month ago and was told it was an issue and I was put on the list of shops experiencing it and they may get to it eventually.  Unfortunately that is the response I have gotten to every glitch my shop has had for 2-3 years now and rarely do any get taken care of.  Usually have to find my own work around, but there doesn't seem to be one for this aside of shortening my own times and hoping their glitch maintains.

Other sellers have noted that by redoing your shipping profiles has solved the issue ... simply create new ship profiles from scratch, then use bulk edit to assign that new profile to listings.  Delete the old ship profiles!  Ensure your processing time does actually say M-F and has not been changed by Etsy ... this has happened to many sellers w/o Etsy telling them, which of course created a mass of dilemmas.  Hope this helps!

Thank you for the suggestion, I went ahead and tried setting up a new one and deleting the old and it didn't seem to fix the problem for me.  I hadn't considered trying a whole new profile though so I greatly appreciate the thought in that!!
