Sharing reviews or others on social media doesn't work

I 'm trying to share a review to IG and it doesn't work. I did that in past and it worked. Is it the new app?. In rest everything works for me with new app.

I was going to also share a really nice review I received the other day, same as you, I can find no way to actually do it with the new app. But using the website and in the sidebar on the shop dashboard click marketing, select Social Media, and from there you can share to your connected accounts, including IG. It is the only way to do it unless you type it out word for word not using this method.

It doesn't work that way neither, I don't understand what changed. When I get to connected accounts I click on IG and I should receive a notification on my phone but it seems it doesn't work. I always shared via browser.

I have emailed ETSY repeatedly about this function being removed from the new app, to deaf ears. It was my favorite feature on the old app, to be able to easily share a review that would also share the listing.
