Hi, I want to run a sale of free shipping with order over a certain amount without using coupon code. However, when I go to "Sales and Discounts" , "Run a sale", Choose "Free standard shipping" , so weird there is no any field for me to set up "Order minimum". I have another shop in Etsy where it has this column but this one didn't. Is anyone know why and how to fix it? Thank you!
I just checked mine and underneath where you have selected Free Shipping it should say Order Minimum and you can put in how many items or the total cost. I'm not sure why it would be missing for you.
@PacaPost: This has been reported in a few other threads in this forum. Possible reasons: Etsy test, rolling rollout of change (so some shops have one version, others a different version), browser specific CSS issues, or corrupted cache in browser.
I have the same issue, very frustrating.
i just tried on a desktop and i have the same issue. there is no option to set a minimum purchase to qualify for free shipping. i can enable or disable free shipping, i can indicate domestic only, or set a date range. but nowhere to qualify the sale by number of items or minimum amount. tested with Chrome.
update: now two weeks later, there no longer is any option to offer free shipping except the 'free shipping guarantee program'
Same issue. Is this going to be fixed??
@SterlingWholesale: Not sure that there is anything to "fix" as this appears to an intentional change not a glitch.
