Set Up Etsy Payment "Humm looks like that did not work. Try Again"

Hi -

I have come back to my account after being away for some time to find that my account is Suspended.  It looks like I just needed to fill out the Set Up Etsy Payment section and link my bank account.  Did that but when I click the Save and Continue at the bottom it keeps telling me "Humm looks like that did not work. Try Again" 

Any suggestions on how to fix this would be awesome. There is nothing in the forum or in the help topics that addresses this.

Different Browsers do not work same issue. "Humm Looks like that did not work. Try Again"

you are a paypal only shop in the USA

which probably means you are missing a lot of information, as requirements have changed a lot since 2015

....

all your information has to match exactly,

so if you are Susan Jane Smith on your photo ID, you have to have exactly the same name on your bank account, and tax ID etc,

you can't be Susan J, Smith anywhere

and you need to enter a billing card

....

if you are uploading files, put them all in 1 file and covert too pdf - sometimes etsy does not like more then one file

Thanks for the suggestions.  I have tried all of the name information but still does not take it.  It has my billing card and connected with my bank.  Just have no idea what the issue is now.  There is nothing left for me to try and change.  Any ideas on how to get in contact with someone at Etsy to try and get this fixed?

I believe that bank verification and ID verification are different things. You will need to do both at some point but they are separate processes. I think that @CraftyCornishMaids is confusing the two?

Are you still in the US and are you trying to use a US bank account?

Are you using a VPN? Try turning that off.

Make sure you are using your bank account number and not a debit card number.
