Selling products, problems with charging new offers

I don’t understand why can’t open a new article on my page on Etsy. Each time when I try it , there comes the message that I have to contact the Etsy support…

Can you help me please?

I would try using a different browser.  Chrome or Firefox. 

I can open your listings in your shop.

I'm able to add your items to cart and purchase. Have you tried in incognito mode? Restarted your computer?

I think they mean that they can't create a new listing, not view an existing one.

OP, try this: instead of starting a new listing from the beginning, go to one of your existing listings, use the DUPLICATE function above the main photo, and then just edit that listing with all the info for the new one. Pictures, title, tags, materials, price, quantity, shipping, etc., whatever is applicable to the item.

Just make sure you check ALL parts of the listing, so you don't forget to change some vital info.
