Selling Digital Prints & Buyers are not seeing an option to submit a review...

Hi - I'm not sure if this has been covered but I googled it extensively and didn't find anything:

I have a new Etsy shop that is selling digital prints. Both people who have purchased from my store have told me they were unable to leave a review, never even given the option.

I have my orders set to be available for download immediately & so there should be no 'delivery delay' like I see people mention on here.

Any clue? Thanks!

If the customers clicks on their profile on Etsy, there is a section "Purchases & Reviews" when they click on this there will be a list of their purchases and the review button should appear below each purchase.

When purchasing digital, I can always leave a review straight away.

Hi!

To add to CrysalisDesigns,, the file attached to the digital item that is purchased needs to be downloaded.

That's usually done for digital content that's ready to download of course, the customer purchases then downloads it and that enables the review option by default. But suppose it's a "custom" digital design where the customer purchases and waits for you to deliver the custom design by email for instance, they need to download any file attached to their purchase to enable the review option.

Also, customers can leave a review within 100 days of their purchase. Beyond that, it's not possible anymore.
