Seller having issues purchasing from my store

Greetings

i went onto my own profile to purchase my own item. The last few days I’ve gotten a few visitor but no orders. 
As I added to my cart a red tab appeared and said 

“Something went wrong and we couldn't add that to your cart.”

can someone assist with this matter.

How exactly to you expect to buy from yourself?

If someone says they are having issues purchasing make sure you are not being scammed. Are they saying they need your email to complete the purchase. You cannot purchase from yourself either. Intellectual property infringement can get you shut down too, or sued.
