Hi. Is anyone else having issues with deposits? For the last 3 days I should have recieved money but the date on it has changed each time to the next day? Not only that I have emailed etsy a few times and not even one reply back? Also I am only getting an email option on the customer service. I would like to speak to someone but not been given that option? Thanks

Is the amount available to transfer above the minimum amount ($25 US or equivalent)? If not the transfer will not move until it reaches the minimum, or until the next Monday, when it will be transferred with the weekly deposits.
check your card in the finances - billing section, look at the date, is the date expired, if so, you need to update it
Thanks for rapid replies.... Card is ok and amount is just under 1000 so all good there. Very frustrating and cannot speak with anyone.
@ABWoodenShop Yes, it's very frustrating when you expect your money and there is a delay and no reply to your emails. Finance should have definitely responded by now.
You probably did this already but did you check your spam email? Did you check your email settings under your Account Profile to make sure they have your correct email? Did you check your payment settings?
It was again due for today and now changed to the 10th. What the actual f is going on???

If you're a star seller, you'll see the chat speech bubble appear on your shop manager from about 1-2pm UK time.
Whilst it can't explain why deposits were put back earlier this week, today and Monday are bank holidays so that's why yesterday and today's deposits more than likely would have been automatically delayed. Even though it says the 10th, expect that deposit be moved to the 11th when Monday comes around.

Hi. I did. Nothing being processed. Just concerning as I am due a lot more next week and am worried about same issue. Wouldn't be so bad but I'm covering a lot of expenses and need it!
I've had a problem with deposits. My money should have been available early Wednesday to deposit but did not show up as available until after 10 am. I requested next day deposit which should have been sent yesterday but I see it wasn't sent from Etsy to my bank until 9:30 this morning. Now I won't have it until Monday.
You're not brand new, so this is odd. Has anything changed? Anything at all within your account? Are you sure the bank account wasn't changed, either by you or by a hacker? I don't know how they handle showing when the money will be deposited, but there is supposed to be a delay when a new bank account is used. You said the card on file was good and not expired, but I would just double check that again.

@ABWoodenShop Ok, so the etsy team is aware. I would go over to the thread that TBQSC posted here and let them know you haven't been paid.
Thanks for all the replies. I managed to get a call back from etsy. Still no real answer and worryingly they couldn't see that money had been getting rolled over day by day. I have a lot invested already and could do with this being sorted.
More frustratingly is the fact that I'm now having to delay new sales as if I take them on, I know etsy will take their fees from my current deposit balance and once again I'll be the one taking the hit.

I still didn't get my deposit from April 10th and May 22nd. I wrote a lot to Etsy guys but they said I have to wait for 90 days. Also, I get the other fund with a minimum of 2 weeks delay. Does anyone have the same problem?
the max you should wait is 45 days
