Seller account not functional

I can not get any of my seller's pages to open. I hope I'm not the only one here.

I see your shop and listings fine, and my own shop pages are all working just fine. It might be an issue with your device or ISP.

Are you using the Sell on Etsy app? If so, close it and then try again. If that doesn't work try restarting the device. The app might also need updating.

I cant find me in the searches and my store shows empty. Using my laptop and mobile

There are no items in your shop.  You need items in your shop for your shop to show in search.

Did you delete your history/cookies?  I would try that.

@beeswaxtapers   Clear out cache and cookies.  Reboot.

What device are you using and what browser?

OK, I have tons of things in my shop and can edit them. However I cant see anything when I go to my actual store. I have been selling for years and do not have any infringements. I cleared cookies and still nothing.

@JustSimplyk  try deactivating a few of them and then activate them again and see if they come up then.

Next to "all" it has 0.

Are the items in your draft or inactive folders?

I have lost a ton of stuff from my shop. I have been able to recover a few. No clue what has happened

I am a very happy seller right now. THANK YOU GENG at etsy support. I am back and everything has been fixed. Not sure what happened, but its fixed now.

That must of felt like the first big drop on the roller coaster ride of online selling. Wheeee!
