My chat option on help section is not working no one is responding on our account

Etsy support can be slow to respond to help requests, especially if the information can be found in the Help pages.

What problem are you having? If it does not involve sharing personal data you might be better off asking your questions here in the forum.

When did you open your shop?

Sellers in China or India
At this time, new shops cannot open in China or India. Only sellers who already have an open shop can use Etsy Payments. We hope to be able to welcome new shops in China and India in the future.

@Amaradorn  Can you tell me where you read India and China are omitted? I'd like to read more about it.

There's a note about shops in India and China. It seems They have stopped new shops for the time being.

@Amaradorn  I would hope that Etsy is sending those sellers (from China and India) emails letting them know they can't sell.

@SugarTaffySoap I hope so too. But it seems a little late when they have already started setting up their shop. You would think that the clever programmers at Etsy would flag up the issue during the shop opening phase - you know, when they take the money. Maybe this shop was started a while back and not completed so it slipped through the net?
