I opened my shop almost 1 months ago. But my account always vacation mode.What is this reason? Actually my account is official and everything is legal. I can't understand this station. Please help me this problem.

Because Etsy direct me legal and tax information and Etsy wants to check your tax ID. But I am absolutely sure my tax ID right. Maybe one option for to me, I change my account shape. Normally my account is business. Maybe I need to check my account individual. What are you think about this problem? Actually I try to change my account shape but Etsy is not accept my change. This really complicated. In this station what am I need to do?
@KnittingForHopeGifts you will need to send them your tax and ID again. It needs to match your account as it is currently set up. Maybe reply to the email and ask them about changing the account type (shape).
