Hello,firstly I'm sorry,I hope it gets resolved soon.My messages were suspended this week. Due to a technical glitch. I contacted live support and asked me to send an e-mail. The consultant replied to the e-mail and it was resolved immediately. Contact live support and wait for the mail to arrive and try to reply to the incoming mail. Sending a new mail may be a problem. The reason for the suspension may also have prolonged the situation.

What do you mean “live” support?I’ve called and spoke to the call center and I’ve emailed thru the help desk. No responseto either.
