I am begging Etsy to start supporting Seko Logistics as a carrier option. Seko is the only LTL option supported in Shipstation. In order for me to populate the tracking info on an order I have to list the carrier as Uship. This obviously is not accurate and leads to confused customers since the tracking info that gets sent to them by Shipstation (which is accurate) shows Seko as the carrier. This would not be a big deal but if I don't fool the system by listing Uship as the carrier the order will show "No tracking info" and it will hurt my star seller status, which I have been every month since the program started.
Unfortunately, in my rush to get out the door to start my holiday vacation, I neglected to update the shipper to Uship on 4 orders. The orders were populated with the tracking number and Seko as the carrier automatically by my Shipstation integration. However, since Etsy doesn't recognize Seko they are locked in "No tracking" status. This will likely cost me my star seller status. I'm hoping that Etsy can either unlock these orders so I can update the info or not count them against my star seller status. Orders in question are:

Nope, they won't do that for you. As far as I'm aware, they haven't bent the rules for anyone with SSB yet. And if it was updated as of today, and your ship by date has already passed, then they will be counted and shipped late, so it would be a no win situation anyway.
They were not shipped late. I'm not asking Etsy to bend the rules, just to make their shipment tracking system work properly. Here's a screenshot of one of the orders. You can see the tracking info is there. It's just that Etsy's system doesn't count it as tracking info since they haven't integrated Seko as a carrier.
They are not bending the rules. In fact Helps says this:
How to Become a Star Seller – Etsy Help
You will have to contact Etsy to see if you can get an exception which isn't likely.
They do say to find a carrier that they are integrated with. It's frustrating for French sellers who a using a very good reliable system and they are experiencing the same thing.
Have no idea when and if Etsy will ever decide differently.
Just keep on with your good customer service and don't sweat the badge. There are many shops that never get the badge and are doing fine. Many who go in and out of the badge and are doing fine.
Etsy customer service suggested using an alternate carrier, which I don't see as a viable alternative. Seko is the only LTL carrier integrated with Shipstation currently and I have Shipstation integrated with all my marketplaces and website. LTL shipping with SEKO is half the cost of other freight carriers as well. The fact that Etsy has not yet integrated SEKO after me asking for well over 6 months demonstrates they are not committed to fully supporting sellers like me that rely on LTL freight. If they were, not only would they integrate the dozens of LTL carriers that are not integrated but they would also offer a direct LTL freight solution like they do for small parcel.
