Search button not working in my shop

I have been informed on the Forum that I must contact Etsy and ask them to Index My Shop. How do you contact Etsy and ask them to do this. I hae searched everywhere. Thanks

I know it has sell ship and order on the link but it gets you to the chat section

Tried the link and it comes back as "Access Denied .You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action".

Makes no sense at all but, thanks for the advice.
