Search Bar only pops ups "Gifts for...."

This just started for me.  When trying to put something in the search bar, it will only pop up choices of "gifts for" which is located underneath the search bar.  I have cleared my cache, etc, restarted, blah, blah, blah and it does the same thing.  Just more or more of you?

I'm seeing that, but only until I put something in. Then it gives me related options.

I have that.  I grrred at it and then removed some of the letters so it didn't pop up and I could get what I wanted.
