Score was calculated incorrectly for reviews

I have customer who have been trying to leave review for the time period March 1–May 31, 2022 and they are receiving error messages and some reviews are now showing.  Please look into this thanks eligibility will be calculated on the 1st of every month.

You have plenty of reviews during that time period.  Probably the reason you didn't get SSB is because of the 1* and the 4* reviews.  You would have needed 38 5* reviews during that period to get 95%.

By the way, Etsy isn't in the forum.  Only your peers - other sellers.  There is no one to look into anything unless you contact Etsy directly.

buyers can only leave reviews, after the estimated delivery time has passed.

from what I see, you have 94% for March-May
