Off as in? You need to create the scan form for the day that you will ship. If you are shipping on the 26th then the labels must reflect the 26th to create the scan form.
You cannot create a scan form for different dated labels and you cannot create a scan sheet if you already created one for a listing. You can't add to the scan form.
