I tried sending a customer one of my saved replies/ snippets… and where the button used to be - it is now called “quick discount” and “send listing”. Why would anybody need that?? It’s like they’re trying to make the new app harder than it needs to be. I am constantly switching between the app and mobile website on my phone because when I start a new task in the app, I need to switch to the mobile site to compete it. I can’t be the only one!
Hi, That's got to be frustrating. I've not used the App (I use a desktop computer), but have heard it is very glitchy. I would switch to a mobile browser or computer. I don't understand how something is put out to replace the old one (the App), and yet it is not an improvement. Sorry about that.

Most of the people we are messaging are those that have placed an order with us and therefor don't need a 'quick discount' or 'send a listing'. please change it back to how it was Etsy!!!

Yes! I use my saved replies all the time. Where did they go??!!

***Update*** I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it. And my saved replies are back but slightly hidden!
The bottom two options that I initially see are the "Quick discount" & "Send listings" but if you slide them to the left, there is now a third option/button, which is the "Saved replies"....
Me too! I'm an android user and my friend who has an apple still has her saved replies! Is it just android that is having this issue?

But THANK YOU for the tip to slide the bottom buttons over to get to saved replies! I can now access them that way. Inconvenient, but glad to have them. You saved the day

The shipping note to buyer is also gone, you have to select a snippet note each time, it won't carry over to the next order you are printing a label for. Why they are messing with that is beyond me, there are plenty of other things higher up on the list to fix before that. Not using the app, this is on the PC.

I noticed in my go-to saved replies have been spontaneity rearraigned on the App. Now I have to take so much extra time and read through each of my saved replies to select the one or two I clicked most often (sometimes multiple times a day) - They used to stay at the top of my reply list. I hope Etsy fixes this issue asap...I don't like having to go to my laptop every time.
