Sales total dropped!

How weird is this? My sales were showing as 1800 and in the last hour it dropped to 1799, no biggy really, I'm just baffled and curious why this would happen. All I've done is post a new listing, there haven't been any cancellations so that's not it. Any ideas?

Somehow I'm remembering seeing a Thread (or a few) where the Seller said the same as you. I don't recall what the reason behind this was. (To me, it would seem an Order was Cancel/Refunded by Etsy after it was given the green light thru Payment Processing (but you said that wasn't the case)

Let me see if I can pull up a recent past Thread about this (if I don't return, you'll know I didn't find anything).  Odd indeed.

ETA:  I filtered by the most current Date (but this is from last year); don't know if it's relatable to your incident.

It's not the drop as such, it's a why!?!

By lack of responses and the link given above, this must be something random which is  happening to only a few sellers, which is a good thing.

Strange why it happens at all though.
