Sales tax tab missing

Hi there, I am searching for the Etsy sales tax tab in Finances, payment settings. I see it for half a second and it disappears. Someone can help ?

ooh, I saw it too. That's odd. 

Canadians add their tax numbers here: https://www.etsy.com/your/account/taxpayerid?ref=seller-platform-mcnav  We can't set tax rates per province any more; we need to roll GST/HST and QST in to our prices if we are registered to collect it. Only the US gets to set rates, for some reason: https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/115015746068-Adding-Sales-Tax-to-Listings?segment=selling
