Sales stats are off

This is an odd one.  I sold $178.00 today in sales, but Etsy has my numbers for the month of October at $180.  I've sold more than that!  Figures not calculating correctly AT ALL.  I should be around $300.

Anyone else having issues with the totals not adding up right in stats?

It takes up to 24 for the stats to update.

Hmmm...not so sure.  Been here 14 years.  Never seen this before.  Stats always update within minutes for me.

Mine are usually off this time of night, and monthly total on dashboard is quite often not correct even though may have been correct earlier in the day. I seems to correct itself by morning so I think may have something to do with their daily updating at night.

It is being weird. I had a sale from the 3rd drop off a bit ago. Both in total number and dollar amount.

It finally re-adjusted itself.  Took long enough though!  Have not seen that before.

Not sure if my issue is the same as what you describe. I came to the forum to see if anyone else brought this up and this thread is the closest I could find. This has never happened to me before but I have a new iPhone 13 and I had 2 software updates I needed to do right away and put them off until Friday but that didn’t solve the issue so now I’m thinking it’s a bug. Here’s what happened: Yesterday I made a sale and in the Sell on Etsy app in the dashboard it said I’d made $9.50 for my daily sales, that being the only one, but it really totaled $48. All was normal in Safari on my phone and also in my Payment Account in the app. The error was only in my dashboard in the app. It normally and always has updated in real time. I tried to chat with Etsy but didn’t have the time needed to complete the convo so never got a resolution but this morning all was well, not sure how. 
Ever since I got this phone I also have a glitch in the Sell on Etsy app where my Listings only show I have 104 when I actually have almost 400 so I’m forced to edit the missing ones in Safari. This is a new issue since I got the new phone and it didn’t resolve with software updates and there’s no Etsy update available. Hope this wasn’t confusing or off topic for this thread. Just wondering if others see this or have a suggestion for resolution, I’m not ok with accepting these issues as normal. Thanks.

@MontclairMade: Since you looked through the various threads you'll know that there are all sorts of issues with the Etsy apps and apparently eMail notifications, too. Not really an answer or solution, and the apps do seem to need a lot of work, but the consensus is that sellers really need to manage their orders and messages through a browser.

Gotcha. All was well till I got the new phone so these glitches are new to me. I definitely use my browser for some things, the app, for others, and my laptop for even more other things. But these 2 things are disconcerting.
