Sales number change (inaccurate)

The sales number on my Etsy store was 998 as of 1/3/24 and it now shows as 960. Does anyone know who I can contact or how I can reach someone at Etsy to look into it? The links to get support for sellers are taking me in a loop and I just need to know how to fix this glitch. Thank you for your time.

A cached version of your shop dated January 2nd shows you had 955 sales at the time.  Did you get 43 sales in one day?

Thank you for looking at this for me. Maybe it was just in my mind then or it was temporary glitch.
