Sales not shown on the shop

Hi there,

I have a couple of sales for different listings. One of them it is not shown on the shop when i click the listings, it shows only full price without sale.

What could be the reason? I am doing this for 2 3 years, first time i am facing this issue.

@handmadebykargin: This glitch has been reported as happening on and off for some time. Sometimes "editing" the sale and "saving" it (even if you do not actually make a change) will make it appear. Note however that there are increasing reports lately of delays in changes actually appearing to the user.

It's because they have their cache set for too long to reduce server load. It does show eventually, but sometimes it can take more than an hour to show up. You can try deleting your cookies, then refresh the page.  Or hit the refresh button a few times while holding down your Shift key until the page fully loads. This doesn't always work, but sometimes it does.

i created new sales with keeping active the old one, and now it works.
