Sale issue message

I have recieved a message from Etsy uk saying ‘ hello , dear seller . Welcome to Etsy technical support ! Your item has been paid for by the buyer but an error occurred as a result of the order processing and the order cannot be displayed in your personal account , please enter your email in this chat to receive a customised form to confirm the sale of your item thankyou ‘ 

when I go to send my email it won’t go through . 
also I can’t see it has been sold it is still active and I have no address to send item to buyer .

Thats because it’s a scam and Etsy has blocked it. Mark this message as spam and do not engage any further. This forum thread has a ton of information:

It is a scam!  Never, ever, ever, ever click on any links in a message!  Always log in to your Etsy account and see if what is being said in the message is actually true.

Yes it's a scam, I am being hit with scam messages after renewing some of my listings, mark them as spam, I'm on 3 so far within the last few hours.
