@BonsaiPotteryShop - First, do check to be sure that listing is not in your shop - that you didn't have multiple quantities shown.
But yes, it has happened to other shops. On items sold years ago. Thankfully this glitch does not pop up very often.
If you don't have one available, after you cancel & refund the purchase, be sure to check your shop listings. Etsy thought it existed so they allowed the sale to go thru. By canceling & refunding Etsy may place this non-existent item back in your shop. If they do just deactivate.
