Sale Prices Not Working For Customers

Is anyone else having an issue with sale prices not working for certain customers? I have many items on sale in my shop right now, and they are working fine for most customers.

However, I've had two messages from customers who have put the item in their cart and the sale price doesn't show up. I told them to check out anyway, and I would refund the sale amount if they didn't receive the sale price... and they are right. The items were charged at the regular price. No idea why that would happen...?

Wondering if it's just a glitch or if others are experiencing this, too?

@MyPorchPrints  It's possible they are using an outdated version of the buyer's app. Just a guess.

Just had my third customer contact me about this. We've been on Etsy for almost 10 years, and I've dealt with A LOT of issues. But this is the first time I've had 3 customers in one day saying sale prices aren't working for them. Very weird.

I've a question. I wanted to by an item of yours, Junk Journal, Christmas Page Pockets, No. 1. It says that's on sale but when I added it to my cart there is no 20% off. Can you please help?

Did you set up your sale for all countries? Double check
