STILL NOT RESOLVED AFTER 3 MONTHS!!!! FORCED VACATION MODE

I HAVE UPLOADED ALL THE INFORMATION REQUIRED. I GOT AN EMAIL ASKING ME TO UPLOAD INFORMATION ON ADDITIONAL OWNER. AS THE SHOP IS IN HOLIDAY MODE IT WONT LET ME ADD THE OTHER OWNER. I EMAILED ABOUT THIS PROBEM BUT YET AGAIN NOTHING HAPPENING. THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING AND THE WHOLE SITUATION IS VERY FRUSTRATING. WHEN THE SHOP WAS ALLOWED TO OPEN AT THE START WE MADE A SALE BUT HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE MONEY, IT IS ON HOLD. CAN WE PLEASE GET THIS SORTED OUT ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!!! WE WILL BE FORCED TO CLOSE OUR SHOP IF IT IS NOT SORTED THIS TIME.

No need to type in ALL CAPS. 

You can "only" have 1 shop owner.
That 1 shop owner is responsible for any legal info, bank, cc info, taxes, driver's license etc.

Your name must match exactly on everything.

Oh wow....3 months....I am so sorry. I have been on forced vacation mode with Etsy since Jan 13th....I hope it is not 3 months. I email and resend stuff and nothing ever works...I have checked everything and it is right....And you can not change anything because of the forced vacation mode....All I can do is upload...and then it says pending again....2-5 business days. It has been a repeated process for weeks.

Etsy has not given any time frames or indications of how long all this is going to take.  I do not think you can even close the shop while in forced vacation mode...which I do not understand....It is like you are just stuck until they decide to unlock it. I do hope this gets resolved soon.

Is Etsy asking for more information on the other owner or are you just trying to add it?  If it’s Etsy then I would be very suspicious, like others have said, there is no other owner. It can be in just one person’s name. 
Whose name is on the Etsy paper work and the bank account? That is the only one that Etsy needs information on. And it does need to match exactly. Double check the name on everything. Etsy is slow getting this done but it’s the government that came up with the rules.

One owner, and one owner only.  And all info Etsy may ask for must be in YOUR name (bank account for recieving deposits, I.D., Credit/debit card, and whatever else they may ask for).  And must be entered correctly and match exactly.

For instance: If an account is under "John Quincy Public", entering "John Q Public" may not work.
