STAR SELLER STATUS

This month I discovered several legitimate customer message in my spam folder.  They were over 2 weeks old.  As a consequence, I cannot have star seller status due to this etsy error.  I contacted customer service who informed me that there is nothing they can (or will) do to correct the esty error.  My question is "is there any entity within etsy that can correct this?'  If so, who do I contact.

No, there is not. Etsy has said they will not correct anything to do with star seller, even if/when it is their mistake. 

You should check here in the forums often as that is about the only way to keep up with these happenings--this placing of legit messages in spam stared a couple of weeks back  and us "regulars" were advising everyone to check your spam folder daily.

So sorry this happened to you.
