I achieved my Star Seller badge for all 3 today for November.
However at the same time it reduced my Review rating today from 4.8 down to 4.6. YET IT STILL QUALIFIED ME TO EARN THE BADGE AT 4.8
WHY DID MY RATING DROP WITHOUT ANY ACTIVITY?
The system is OFF. Its going to have me work again for month of December and yet I had already achieved the badges for all 3 this month

Because an entire month of stats has dropped off.
It's now counting sept, oct, nov, instead of aug, sept, oct.
This is how it's always worked.
@FoundInAttic: Remember that the stats you now see are for the December star (September, October and November). The "Last Review Period" shows the stats for the November Star (August, September and October).
Correct now for December but my rating should not have dropped without any new activity. Dont you agree?

No, because as the post above me says, August is no longer counted.
Therefore the data is less, and the resulting maths is less than it was yesterday.
You got a 1 star in Sept.
