STAR SELLER METRIC INCORRECT

I am new to etsy i made my 4 sales and half way towards the 300dollar mark to be elligible for a star seller badge i have changed my listings yesterday and photos then i woke up to my dashboard showing 0 orders out of 5 and $0 out of 300

Its a brand new month, the goals reset at the start of the month to show the stats for the previous two months, and you build this month's stats as the month goes on.  Were your most recent sales from May perhaps?  Those would have dropped off at the start of August, and this month's stats include only June, July and August

How long have you been open? Has it been 90 days since your first order? If not then that may be part of it.

It’s been 3 weeks and I’m finding it very hard to make any sale to be honest don’t know what I’m doing wrong

to be honest, at this stage, as  a new seller, I would completely ignore the SS programme (in fact I ignore it completely and I am not a new seller). The programme is soooooo poorly designed and it is sooooooo discriminatory it makes one's head spin. In addition, the purple blob is completely meaningless.  It does absolutely nothing to your shop. So at least for now, just focus on more important things to get your shop going. Trust me, SS is not one of them. 

If you need other sellers to have a look at your shop and recommend some improvements, just ask for critique in the critique section of the forum

Hey There,

For the star seller program eligibility, the review will only begin 90 days after the shop's first sale. If shop first sale is not yet 90 days old, you'll see the star seller scores but you will not get badges. Learn more on how to become a star seller here.

Please note, if a seller changes their shop currency mid-calculation-period, their orders and sales numbers will reset and they will have to build up their orders and sales minimums again.
