I don't know how long it's been like this but the SSL cert for my shop is outdated and is scaring away customers.

Where do I even report this?

There was a problem fetching the translation.

ay your nearest Etsy Bot they run everything there are no reps to help you, just bots

I talked to an Etsy support rep 2 days ago and she worked very hard to address my issue. They are there and they are not all that hard to find.
