Not just SPAM, but SCAM!!!!

Send it to the spam folder and do not engage.  It is NOT from Etsy support, it is a scammer pretending to be Etsy support in order to lure you into divulging personal and financial information.  Don't fall for it, when you get a real sale you will be able to see it immediately in your shop manager and the payment will go through without you having to "verify" anything.
