Is this happening to anyone else? It really needs addressed. Occasionally when selecting orders to create a scan form, it won't state the number of the selected orders correctly; and, then continues to create the scan form on those numbers. The post office gets frustrated if I print a form for 52 orders, when there's actually 64 going out. I don't blame them.
There's no way to find out which orders it didn't "select" to create a second form.
Refreshing, logging out, restarting computer does not solve it. it's got to be a glitch. It didn't used to do it, but now does it about once a week for the last month.
Are you using Etsy Labels? I've never had it do that on Pirateship.com
Use PirateShip. Seriously zero issues. And if there IS an issue you can push the chat button and be speaking to a live knowledgeable person in 2 minutes. And they fix your issue, And are polite. And send you happy emojis.
And keep in mind that if you use a USPS scan form, if any of your packages have insurance (like Priority Mail) the coverage does not start until the actual package is scanned.
Lol..try to get a cheerful clerk to scan 64 packages at a time when they know you could have used a scan for and had it be one BEEP. To say nothing of the people behind you in line. I would never leave packages with a scan sheet for pickup and expect it to be done but I have used them for years in person at the counter and never had an issue. I DO know of an etsy seller who they told to leave her bag of 80+ personalized Christmas ornaments on the back loading dock with the scan sheet and they got stolen and they denied her insurance. Never leave your packages out of your sight until they are scanned and behind that counter.
