Running into the "all items not showing" glitch.

I'm a relatively new seller. I'm running into the issue where all of my items are not showing on my storefront. 

At the moment, you will see along the left navigation that my all items shows I have 10:

All 10

but only 4 thumbnails of items are actually appearing on the page itself. 

I've tried deactivating and reactivating them per previous discussions on the issue. I've also seen that this is not an uncommon issue. But haven't found a definitive fix. Is there one? Thanks!

Well...now I do too! OK, weird. And I haven't done anything since posting.  I'm guessing this is a weird caching issue or database indexing issue on Etsy's side.
