Why am I not able to run a sale? Whether on laptop or iphone, it tells me to correct my error when choosing the percentage off before I can continue, but there is NO error. It's been like this all day. What gives?
I just tried it short of activating and it seems to be working fine. Did you select a % from the drop down and are you using a browser and not the app?
Yes, I selected from the drop down on everything, click continue, and get the error notice. And yes, using both the app & the browser to see if there's a difference, but they both behave the same. I've run several sales & never experienced this.
