Run A Sale discount is not showing on products

Hello,

I am creating a general discount for all of my products. The discount I set up from the “Run a sale” section appears as active, but the discounted prices are not showing on my products. What could be the reason for this? Previously, when I created a discount, it was visible, but the new discount I set up is not appearing on the products. I would appreciate your assistance.

The first picture on your black crochet clutch is a dark blue not black.  You should use one of your other pictures as people don't read and you could catch a case for not as described.

No, the product is actually black. However, due to the lighting in the shooting area, the color looks different. You can be sure that the yarn I used is metallic black

I know it's black, but if someone sees the picture and doesn't read anything (there are lots who don't read) and buys it because they want blue, they will give a bad review and/or open a case and Etsy will refund from your money and they will get to keep the product.  Also it is an invitation to scammers.

Protect yourself and don't use the blue picture.
