I notice that you take my rating down very fast but to increase my rating it takes so long , not fair that it takes months to earn the star seller badge but to take it away takes a few bad reviews

Unfortunately fairness is not part of the equation with star seller metrics. Its just basic math percentages. Low star reviews have a bigger impact on those percentages if a shop doesn't get loads of reviews during the star seller evaluation periods.

the last 3 months, and is updated monthly

add up all the stars
add up the number of reviews
divide the stars by reviews

star seller is reviewed at the same speed, monthly for the last 3 months
the rating depends on your actual reviews
