I just completed a custom order for a customer and he was very pleased with it as his review comments indicate. Unfortunately he said he left a 5 star rating and when it showed up it was a 1 star....took my 5 star to a 4.4 in one sale. We are both horrified by this but we don't know how to fix it. Any ideas on how yo contact Etsy yo fix this?

Are you talking about a review left on another shop of yours?   Your last review on the shop you're posting from is dated June 2024 and it's 5 stars.

@SmallFriesDesign: It would be illegal for Etsy (or you) to change the review. The person who left the review needs to do it themselves.

OP, advise your buyer to use a browser on a computer or laptop if he wants to change the stars on the review to 5 stars. The Etsy app can be unreliable. You can't change it for him.

I don't see a negative review.  Your shop has 5 stars.  ???
