Reviews not working

So a customer of mine messaged me to say that they had tried three times leaving a review with a picture. They said it said that the review was submitted all three times but its nowhere to be found. I got no notification that a review had been left and can't see it either. This is the first review for my shop so it is super important! Any ideas?

I'm pretty sure that photos can only be left on 5-star reviews and only from the app.

Sorry , no review can be seen in your shop .

If you can not see any notification about review on your dash board there is no review left .

Maybe you just have to wait or try to contact the support

My option to leave reviews not working at all anyone else got this problem??

I am unable to leave reviews for my purchases. There seems to be an issue. Going to message etsy
