That's probably because your last review is more than a year old. Stars only reflect reviews within the most recent 12 months, and it sounds like that's true for gallery view too (I didn't check that). All your reviews are on your Home page, under your listings.
I'm in chrome, I see reviews under your individual listings, and below your page of shop listings. I don't see any review stars up by your shop name though, likely as said above, no new reviews in the last year.
