A customer says they left feedback a couple of days ago, but it doesn't show on my feed. How long from a review being left till it shows up in my store?
It shows up immediately. Maybe they forgot to click "submit"

Try sorting your reviews by "most recent". I see a couple of reviews dated August 18 on the second page of the reviews.
