Reviews Disappearing

My reviews have slowing been decreasing since Friday.  Checked with a Facebook group I am in for Etsy and others have been experiencing the same thing.  This will cause our metrics for customer service to change.

Are you talking about the # count listed for the reviews in your shop? Or have you seen specific customer reviews removed?

The count list.  I have never seen it go down before.  I would not know of specific as there are over 4K.

I did, and they did not know.

It shows you have 4717 reviews.  It could be that it will display only to a certain point which would be reasonable.  I doubt buyers want to see reviews older than maybe a year or two.  But the reviews are still being counted for the total number.

Friday it was 4720.  I see the very first review I received, so they have not indexed anything, it is somewhere else.  Its just another strange thing.  It appears to be happening to others.  While it should not have much of an impact, I don't want to see it keep repeating and more reviews falling off.
