Review with no stars highlighted.

I just received a review with no stars highlighted! The review picture is the buyers avatar and not a product. I've searched my orders and cannot find an order that she ever placed with me. The review shows up on my dashboard page but no where else, yet.

 How can someone leave a review if they never purchased from me?? 

How can someone leave a zero heart review??

Can this be removed?

Maybe it's just an experiment to alert you to a new review -- if it's just showing on your dashboard that way.

Thanks but not that review. The review that I am asking about is a review for nothing, as the customer has never purchased from me. That's what I don't understand.

I see stars and item pics on all reviews back to mid August.

Slightly hijacking your thread…. Yesterday I received a 0 star review with no comments and no avatar but the the person WAS someone who had recently purchased from me…. Decided to leave it for a couple of days to see if it’s a glitch and then if nothing changes will reach out to the customer.

I see the name, the generic avatar, and 5 stars.  No comment.
