Ouch, no answer at all would be preferable to the one you left for this review. You have now locked in the review so the buyer cannot change it even if they wanted to. If I had seen that review before you responded I would have thought, that buyer is unreasonable, they saw the shipping before buying and should not have bought if they didn't like it. Yor response turns that around and makes you look bad. Never respond to a review in the heat of the moment. If you have spoken to Etsy support and they have said they will remove it, you will have to wait till they get around to doing that. In the meantime, your response is worse than the review itself and every potential buyer checking out your shop can see it. Let's hope Etsy removes it soon.
