Review Processing Times Glitch?

Wondering if this is affecting my shop ranking??? Each time I print my shipping labels I get a Pop up asking me if my processing times are accurate? Prompting me to review my processing times. Etsy determined all of my orders were to ship today & I completed & printed all of them. Why am I getting this pop up when I am shipping in accordance to their determination? Thanks

I get those too because I usually ship early. Ignore them

@FrenchFarmhome: "Why am I getting this pop up ..."  Because Etsy has decided that they are going to reduce shipping times and it is one of the few places where they can annoy you into complying. Poor coding means that the the popup is displayed to the wrong people at the wrong time.

I'm totally confused. I receive the pop regardless of when I ship. I received the pop up when I shipped a day early (so I no longer ship anything early) & I receive it when I ship on the "ship by date". All of my orders from this past Sat had today as a "ship by date" the post office is closed on Sun. Today is the soonest the orders could go out?

You need to fill out &/or update your processing times … go to shop shipping profiles page and state you only ship M-F, no holidays, and a minimum 1-3 day shipping (biz days).  This will ensure you are not expected to ship on the weekends or any holidays or before the 3 day mark.  You could even extend it to 3-5 days if you wanted to ensure your weekend’s & holidays are actually for your enjoyment, not Etsy’s!  Of course you are welcome to process & ship sooner if desired, but by filling out your processing timeline, you are “telling” Etsy when you actually work and not when Etsy wants you to work.  Hope that makes sense!

Thanks so much for your help. I'm still confused. I have my shop to process orders 7 days a week, work all holidays & ship 6 days a week. Almost all listings are marked 1-2 or 1-3 processing times (except custom & large pieces.) I ship within the "Ship By" dates yet I was receiving these pop ups. I'll find out today (if it's still happening) when I print my labels Thanks again
