I recently had a customer leave a review. On my page it is showing as 4 stars. She messaged me saying in her app it showed as leaving a 5 star review so she's not sure why it posted on my page as a 4 star review. Is there any way to fix this?
It is a 4 star. Ask the buyer to edit it using a browser.
