Returns exchanges not accepted not showing on listing page

My shop used to be returns and exchange not accepted, and still is. My policy settings has been set as no return and no exchange, but on my listing page, it is not showing as "Returns & exchanges not accepted" as other sellers (while it used to show this but now it doesn't). This made many customers think I accept return and my return rate has highly increased. Does anyone have same situation? contacted etsy but they don't have an answer. Could I get advise on how to fix this. Thanks a lot!

I checked a couple and it has no return policies set. On your listings overview in your shop manager on the right side your can filter on “return & exchange policies”. If any listings are missing a policy you can filter on them there

FYI though it is mandatory to accept return if you sell to the UK & EU. If you don’t want to do they then I would remove those countries to sell to.
